Description: This house is in one of the most popular suburban expat neighborhoods in Bangkok, with expat kids enrolled in many international schools here. It is located a short distance outside the city center, near the expressway going between the city center and the airport, is within walking distance to two shopping centers (which include grocery stores), and has an airport skytrain city link station nearby which takes you to either the city center (with interchange stations to the subway and another skytrain line). A short taxi ride or drive away is a Villa Market and lots of other shopping and restaurants.

The house has 3 bedrooms upstairs plus a 4th bedroom downstairs. Many families with 2 children put the family upstairs and use the bedroom downstairs as a home office which can also serve as a guest room on a separate floor from the family. The 3 bedrooms upstairs each have their own full bathroom en suite, and the bedroom downstairs has a full bathroom just outside its door, whereby this bathroom can also be used by visitors downstairs.

The house has two kitchens connected by a sliding door. It is traditional in Thailand to have a Thai kitchen in the back and a western kitchen in the front. In this house, they are connected. The western kitchen has an induction stove, and the Thai kitchen takes a gas stove. Both have a hob. The western kitchen has an oven. There are two sink areas, and two places you can put a refrigerator. A small dishwasher is included if you wish to use it.

There are two living rooms, one upstairs and one downstairs.

There is a terrace in front of the downstairs living room, and a nice big terrace connected to the master bedroom. The neighborhood environment as viewed from this terrace is nice.

The house comes with a washer and dryer, as well as an outside maid\'s bedroom and maid\'s bathroom. If you do not use a live-in maid or driver, then you can use the maid\'s room for storage. There is also storage space under the stairs.

The garage takes 2 cars, and you can also park one out front. The house has a wall and tall fence around it.

The clubhouse is a short walk away, and is popular on the evenings and weekends.

The neighborhood is very quiet, offset a good distance from the road. It has 177 houses and a combination of expats and high class Thais (most of whom are highly educated and speak good English).
