We've had many experiences where a landlord has hired a maid to clean a condo or house before the tenant moves in, only to have the tenant complain because the maid actually did a minimal job at best.

It is very important to clean your house or condo very well before the customer moves in. This affects their feelings and first impression of living there, and their attitude towards the landlord and the property.

We offer a maid service, using our own professional and trusted maids, to make sure that places are clean. This comes at a price that is very close to our cost, as we do not offer this service to make a profit, we use it to make sure things go well.
