On each property, there is a button for "Inquire about this one property" whereby you can just enter your name and email address every time you click on that button, which sends us an email with that property ID. Alternatively, you can just click on the button on the top of the page for "Contact" and just send us a freestyle message about what you're looking for.

However, if you create an account, benefits include the following:

• You can bookmark your favorite properties, browse your shortlist later, and add/remove properties from your list.

• You answer a questionaire about your desired location and property specifications so that our agent(s) can review your needs and help you in a standard format and interface, keeping your information handy in our database.

• When you do a search, some of your stated specifications become your defaults for your next search, so that you don't need to keep entering in all your search specifications every time you do a search (location, property type, budget, bedrooms) or you can change these on the fly.

If you create an account, you don't lose any options, you only gain some options, e.g., you can still either "Inquire about this one property" (as if you'd never created an account) or else "Add to favorites". When you choose "Add to favorites", it's easier for us to see your complete list all at once, as well as allowing you to review it.

Any of these ways is fine. Creating an account is just one of your options. Just choose whichever way you prefer.
