Phone Calls -- Please Read This Before You Call

We get many phone calls from people who do not read our website, and call for things like one week rentals. So, please note:

Our minimal rental period is 1 YEAR.

Please do not call asking if any particular property can make an exception.

Please do not call on the phone to ask about particular property IDs. Please send in your inquiry via the website.

The reason: We usually do not have an instant answer about any particular ID out of the thousands on our website. We usually must call the landlord to check on the latest information. We have thousands of properties, and when one is rented out, the landlord usually does not contact all the agents to update us, we must contact the landlord to get an update. This typically takes a few minutes to a few hours to get a response.

Other calls are OK, e.g., customers who need to rent a year or more and want to discuss what they're looking for, or want advice on what regions to search for, or just want to talk about relocating to Bangkok, or calls from building managers, landlords, and many others. We mainly need to stop the frequent, interrupting calls from some kinds of people, especially so many calls for 1 week and 1 month rentals.
